
Dr. Sean Tower, MD
It is Dr. Sean Tower’s passion for providing personal and quality medical care that led him to the Central Valley. He is recognized in the medical community as an expert in the field of Interventional Radiology, with special interests in interventional oncology, treatment of vascular diseases, liver and portal venous interventions, as well as women’s interventions, including treatment of uterine fibroids and pelvic congestion syndrome.
Dr. Tower grew up in San Diego, California. He played collegiate basketball at UCSD, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Mathematics. After college, Dr. Tower attended medical school at UC Davis. During medical school, he traveled to Mexico City on a medical mission to provide basic medical needs for the people living in the garbage dumps. He then completed his internship year in San Diego at Scripps Mercy Hospital before moving across the country to North Carolina for his radiology residency at Wake Forest University, where Dr. Tower was voted Chief Resident. He returned to California for his Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at UCSD. Dr. Tower and his family are thrilled to settle in Clovis, CA to raise their family.
In his spare time, Dr. Tower enjoys playing basketball, acoustic guitar, reading non-fiction, Saturday runs with his family, and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Trevor Davis, D.O.
Dr. Trevor Davis has a passion for helping children. As a father of four, he takes great pride and satisfaction in providing families treatment options that can eliminate the need for their children to undergo more invasive surgeries. In addition to being board certified in general radiology, Dr. Davis has completed advance fellowship training in both pediatric diagnostic radiology and pediatric interventional radiology. His knowledge and skill set are expanding the care available to the children of the central valley by providing minimally invasive procedures at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera, CA.
Dr. Davis has presented research internationally and published on various topics in pediatric care. He is a member of several professional organizations, including Society for Pediatric Radiology, American College of Osteopathic Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology, and the Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. His teaching experience includes serving as a clinical professor at Michigan State University College of Medicine for three years.
In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also has interests in running, playing the piano, and spending time in the outdoors.

Dr. Benjamin Pruett, D.O.
Dr. Benjamin Pruett is proud to provide excellent patient care in the Fresno area through minimally invasive image-guided interventional procedures, serving our adult patients at St Agnes Medical Center and our pediatric patients at Valley Children’s Hospital. His professional expertise, leadership skills and sincere compassion for others make him a great fit for our practice. While active in all aspects of vascular & interventional radiology, his current major interests include peripheral vascular intervention, interventional oncology procedures treating kidney and liver tumors, dialysis access intervention, compression fracture intervention, nerve blocks for painful abdominal and pelvic cancers, and women’s health interventions treating uterine fibroids and pelvic congestion syndrome.
Dr. Pruett attended Brigham Young University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology with minors in Chemistry and French. He completed medical school in the Las Vegas area at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Pruett then moved to the metro Detroit area where he trained in Diagnostic Radiology. Following residency, he completed a rigorous Vascular Interventional Radiology Fellowship in Richmond, Virginia through Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center.
Dr. Pruett grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is pleased to return to California to practice medicine and raise his family. In his spare time, Dr. Pruett enjoys spending time with his wife and children, biking, swimming, playing guitar and piano, and reading a good book.

Our Nurse Practitioners

Julie Ann Post, N.P.
Julie Post is a nurse practitioner, board certified by the AANP, with experience in many specialties, including urgent care, family practice, and weight management. She has spent the bulk of her career in the emergency department, where she developed an interest in providing quality medical procedures with compassion and a detailed focus. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as a nurse practitioner in interventional radiology, and is pleased to offer her dedication to the field of vascular interventional radiology.
She values the ability to work with a team of skilled professionals to provide patients with superb medical care and procedures performed in a manner that both eases anxiety and provides comfort. Julie is appreciated for her warmth and sensitivity to the patient experience, and treats patients as though she is caring for a member of her own family.
She received both her Bachelors of science in nursing, and Masters of science in nursing degrees from California state university, Fresno. She attends educational meetings regularly and strives to further her educational knowledge through attendance at conferences.
She grew up in the coastal area of central California, where she developed a love for all things related to the ocean. She is an avid fisherwoman, navigator of sand dunes on all terrain vehicles, grill master, beach walker, host of multigenerational family gatherings. Julie enjoys spending time with her spouse, who is an award winning winemaker, her three adult children and a granddaughter. She finds delight in spending time with her three Labrador retrievers and engaging in outdoor recreation, travel, the company of good friends, and listening to live music.

Lynda Anne Francis, N.P.
Lynda Francis is a board certified nurse practitioner, with experience in many specialties, including urgent care, hand and wrist surgery, and Emergency Medicine. She has spent the majority of her career in the emergency department, where she was able to gain experience caring for people with a broad range of medical problems. Lynda developed a passion for helping her patients through medical experiences and procedures, with sensitivity and skill. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as a nurse practitioner in vascular interventional radiology.
She enjoys working with a team of dedicated and talented professionals to provide patients with a caring medical experience. Lynda is appreciated for her kindness and ability to connect with people.
She received both her Bachelors of science in nursing, and Masters of science in nursing degrees from California state university, Fresno. She attends educational meetings regularly and strives to further her educational knowledge through attendance at conferences.
Lynda grew up in Southern California, and then relocated to Fresno in 1990, where she raised her son and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys her family, friends, gardening, cooking, music, vacations near the ocean, traveling both locally and internationally. She has a Labrador retriever and a calico cat.
